Throughout the pandemic, Fine Home Automation has continued to serve its consumer a timeless value proposition: ease and speed. However, with safety concerns and other limitations on in-home installations, Fine Home Automation needed to adjust their approach. Previously relying heavily on word of mouth marketing and referrals, they would have to engage customers on a brand new frontier – the Internet.

I started with a complete redesign of their website, including a professional photoshoot and competitor analysis. I then leveraged Facebook and Instagram ads to drive brand awareness and monitor how users were interacting with the newly launched site. I a/b tested audiences, campaign creative, and ad copy to optimize results.

Fine Home Automations first priority was a major website redevelopment, that would better represent their brand to potential customers. Their second priority was an increased return on ad speed, I monitored and optimized performance in multiple formats to sustain better returns for the new ad campaigns.
